Welcome to RE/MAX University, the brand new multi-media educational program for RE/MAX Affiliates. And welcome to Allegiance University, available exclusively through RE/MAX Allegiance.

Merging the latest technology, and state-of-the-art facilities, with the vast body of knowledge contained both within the network and with industry experts. RE/MAX University is the industry’s best training program.

RE/MAX Allegiance has taken it a step farther through its Allegiance University –
not available through other RE/MAX Affiliates. Allegiance University adds local classroom time, media centers, Allegiance specific DVDs, top trainers, outside speakers and experts, its annual convention in Northern Virginia, and local knowledge and skills in the use of the exclusive RE/MAX Allegiance Business Advantage.

Methods of Learning

(Many RE/MAX Allegiance Sales Associates earn Continuing Education Credits or even Classes towards Designations like CRS and ABR – right in our offices)

Training on Demand. Allegiance University provides training on specific tasks via sessions available on its www.rmxtalk.com intranet – exclusive to the sales associates of RE/MAX Allegiance. Additionally, there is training from RE/MAX University. Components include streaming videos, downloads, and DVDs. Agent Training on Demand Channels include Hot Topics updated weekly, Business Best Practices, Teams, Technology and Coaching. Segments include clips from RE/MAX Satellite Network programs and RE/MAX Conventions, along with complete RSN programs by coaches such as Dave Beson, Howard Brinton, Brian Buffini, David Knox, and Richard Robbins.

Broadcast. RE/MAX Satellite Network, now in its 13th year, is the foundation of RE/MAX University. RSN beams 60 hours of programming each month via satellite. Additionally, through EchoStar’s Dish network, you can receive RSN programming for free at home! More than 25,000 Sales Associates in the RE/MAX International system have completed courses leading to professional designations such as ABR, CCIM, CLHMS, CRB, CRS, and SRES. The “RE/MAX Coaching Hall of Fame” series, airing live in prime time the second Tuesday of most months, features many of the top trainers already mentioned.

Classrooms. RE/MAX University offers training at its Global Education Center in Denver, Colorado including training on lead generation and marketing systems exclusive to RE/MAX International and its Affiliates and seminars by top trainers including Brian Buffini and Judy LaDeur. Allegiance University has training centers or classrooms in all of its markets in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. Associates sign up online at www.rmxtalk.com. Speakers include our very own Pam Ermen, Virginia Association of REALTORS Trainer of the Year for 2006. We are proud to offer some of the best business planning training, coaching, and Team Training offered by any brokerage nationally.
